When I loaded up the free download articles from the archive I promised to upload some surveys. I have them attached here for no cost. There is a certain amount of information that is needed to contrast and compare grouping answers. Do this to determine if the different factions within the agency have the same or different thoughts as a collective – or not. For example is swing shift feeling more positive about the agency than day shift? Are trainers feeling differently than the rest of your team?
