Q. Why Simulation and Why StarZ?

StarZ Design Strategy
The design of StarZ allows for the training session to parallel the actual physical activity associated with the emergency phone and radio functions using headset, foot pedal, hold, transmit, tones and volume controls.
The trainee gathers information over the simulated phone lines, enters call information into your CAD clone or EZ CAD (sold separately) and dispatches the call out over the simulated radio frequency-while handling other calls and second radio frequency.
The trainee interacts with the caller (student or trainer) during the call and the responders (student or trainer) as they respond, arrive and make requests.
Coming with the call is ALI/ANI unique to your area as well as simulated wireless or VOIP calls for problem solving sessions. All calls are recorded at the trainer's discretion. Sound effects or actual calls or radio traffic can be integrated into the call over the phone or radio line. Could not be easier.
