Is purchasing 'StarZ' REALLY worth it?  

Mary Jo Rizzo Panama City 911 says: "The StarZ 911 system has brought our training to a new level. We utilize the system with dummy computers containing our in-house CAD and FCIC/NCIC. We have a four week "training room" training program. By the time new-hires enter the Communications Center they are ready to work call taker position with little Supervision.

Utilizing the StarZ system has enhanced our training program by being able to simulate everything we do in the Comm Center in a controlled environment.  This in turn, gives new hires a little more confidence in themselves that will assist them in trying harder, instead of being overwhelmed and giving up."
